18.2.1. Check before power ON
(1) Required device
Tester
(2) Check no corrosion, loosening and play at each part of connectors being used.
(3) Clean filter of rear panel (Fig. 18-1).
(4) Check that resistance of protective earth is ≦0.1Ω.
Measure the resistance between earth terminal and earth.(Fig. 18-2).
(5) Check no fluid leakage from each part.
