(1) Required device
Hexagon wrench (2.0mm)
(2) Check fixing screw for pulley is tightening correctly.
18.2.4.2. Check of accuracy of syringe pump infusion rate
(1) Required device

(2) Connect syringe to syringe pump as shown in Fig. 18-6 and set syringe infusion rate to
9.9mL/h
followed by operating the pump for one hour.
(3) Check that infused volume collected in the syringe is within 9.0 to 11.0mL.

z Actual syringe infusion rate is defined by syringe ratio set in maintenance mode 7 screen.
Define the ratio according to syringe size used. To check accuracy of syringe pump
infusion rate, use the syringe of the defined ratio.
