12-3
12.2.3 Rinse end process
When “rinse” process is completed, “rinse end” process is followed and fluid line function is
disabled. To repeat rinsing, turn off [DIALYSIS] SW to allow start of “rinse wait” process.
12.2.4 Dialysis wait process
When [DIALYSIS] SW is turned on, “dialysis wait” process is followed and fluid line function
is disabled.
12.2.5 Preparation process
In “dialysis wait” process, when [PREP.] SW is turned on, “preparation” process is followed
and dialysate preparation is started. During the preparation, <Standby> is displayed in screen.
The process is designed to execute fluid replacement in fluid lines.
12.2.6 Preparation end process
In “preparation” process, when the following conditions①to ③are satisfied, “preparation
end” process is followed. After shifting to the process, it is possible to shift to “dialysis”
process by pressing [UF DIALYSE] SW.
① Dialysate conductivity within allowable alarm limits
② Dialysate temperature within allowable alarm limits
③ Execution of 4 rounds of chamber change after start of dialysate preparation
Even in “preparation end” process, if any of the above conditions is not satisfied, dialysate
flow is auto-bypassed or any alarm is actuated, shift to “dialysis” process is disabled unless
the condition is satisfied; or the bypassing or the alarm is corrected.
12.2.7 Dialysis process
In “preparation end” or “recovery” process, when [UF DIALYSE] SW is turned on, “dialysis”
process is followed. In the process, UF is executed.
12.2.8 Recovery process
In “dialysis” process, when [PREP.] SW is turned on, “recovery” process is followed. In the
process, blood is recovered.
12.2.9 Air purge process
In “rinse wait” process, when maintenance mode 9 screen is displayed and [F・1] SW is
pressed, “air purge” process is followed. In the process, air is removed from fluid lines. The
process is executed at the machine installation and the like.
