(16) Attach Packing Ｂ⑳ and mounting plate⑦ to bracket⑧ using small screws. Fixing
torque is
0.59N･m(6.0kgf･cm).
(17) Attach pump head⑰ using small screws. Fixing torque is 0.78N･m(8.0kgf･cm).
Fixing order is as shown in Fig. 18-24.
CAUTION
● Screw part of front bearing may broke if
irregular torque or only one side tightens
screw.

(18) Attach pump part to motor① using small screws.
• Check and calibrate after changing Spear kit.
1) Priming water flow speed: Please see Service manual chapter 10.10. “Adjustment of
priming flow
rate.”
2) Dialysate flow speed: Adjust NV1.
3) Bypass flow speed: Please see Service manual chapter 10.11. “Adjustment of bypass flow
rate.”
4) Deaeration pressure: Please check it should be less than –600 mmHg at out of BT1. If it is
not enough, please check replacement procedure (11) had done correctly or not.
NOTE: following figure is Hot rinse option for SURDIAL
There is no special calibration for Hot rinse option.
