3. If required, enter UTC offset values for Hours and Minutes in the appropriate
fields and define whether this time is plus or minus from the
+/- pull-down menu.
4. When finished, click on the Submit button to save your changes, or click on the
Reset button if you want to reset all the values to their previous state.
