When a subscriber logs in
for the first time, their
browser is not redirected
to the specified home
page.
Home page redirection is
not enabled in the HSG.
Enable home page
redirection.
The home page URL was
entered into the HSG
incorrectly.
Re-enter the correct URL.
The server that hosts the
home page is down, or
the service provider (if
different from the host) is
not able to route to your
page.
Check that the server is
operational and that the
home page can be
accessed through your
service provider (if
different).
DNS is misconfigured in
the HSG.
Check the DNS settings
(host, domain, and the
primary, secondary, and
tertiary DNS).
