Skip over perforation is set to default when power-down,
power-up or l-Prime (or ESC @ in Epson mode) occurs.
Skip over perforation is cleared when the form length is
changed by the following codes: ESC C n and ESC C NUL n.

Any value of n1, n2 other than those above will be ignored.
