Selects HSD font or UTL font.

When Pn = 00H, 30H, 80H, B0H, selects UTL (normal) font.
When Pn = 01H, 31H, 81H, B1H, selects HSD (high speed)
font.
This command is only valid in UTL and HSD mode and is
suppressed in LQ mode.
