Sets/resets the character pitch to proportional mode in LQ
print quality mode.

Range n = 01H, 31H, 81H, or B1H SET Proportional

Range n = 00H, 30H, 80H, or B0H RESET Proportional

If n does not equal any of the above values this command
is ignored.
