Notes
1) Reception of external signal at the I/O mixed unit.
Within 0.2ms of the leading edge of the external signal, the I/O
mixed unit will go on. This on status will be held for 1 to 5ms
(the length of time the status is held will depend on the unit).
2) Reception of input at CPU that is executing a periodical inter-
rupt.
The signal from the I/O mixed unit is read by the periodical in-
terrupt.
