Compositor
The Compositor has three separate components:
• 2D Place and Crop (on the inputs)
• Mixer
• Chroma Keyer
2D Placement
This page allows you to control the placement and cropping of the inputs to the
compositor.
Note: The Compositor cannot resize the image, this is the domain of the Transform processor.
Input -- Use this control to choose which of the three inputs to the compositor you wish to
work on. Each input can have independent placement and cropping.
Place -- Move the sliders or enter a numerical value in the adjacent text box. The scale is
normalized to a value of 4 for a full screen displacement in X and a value of 3 for a full
screen displacement in Y. To move the wireframe, simply grab the rectangle at a point that
is not on the handles and displace it.
Note: To see a larger viewport hold down the Z key and pull the grid with the mouse in the center of the
viewport. This allows you to zoom in or out of the wireframe image. You will always see the blue
rectangle which defines the viewable screen.
