Original operating instructions
If only one of these criteria is not met, swinging is impossible.
Swing speed The swing speed is dependent on the:
Speed of the drive engine
Deflection of the left control lever.
DANGER
No persons, buildings or machines may be within the swing range of
the upper structure (danger area).
The swing speed must be appropriate to the situation. An excessively
high swing speed presents a risk of tipping.
DANGER
Danger of tipping
If the upper structure is turned when the machine is unsupported, the
compact boom may only be raised to a maximum of 45 degrees.
Stopping the
swinging motion
(decelerate)
1 Place the left control lever in the neutral position (0-position).
The upper structure is braked hydraulically. The swinging
movement gradually stops. Note: countersteering with the
control lever increases the force with which the brake is
applied.
