4.7 Checking the swing gear fill level

WARNING

Mixing oils, lubricants or operational fluids of different types is not

permitted!

Only mix oils, lubricants and operational fluids that are of the same type

or identical (same specifications) from one

manufacturer!

Note

Depending on the machine type, multiple swing gears with the

respective oil expansion tank may be installed. Maintenance must

therefore be carried out on all swing gears.

Checking the oil level

1 Lower attached loads and the boom to the ground.

2 Put the machine in a level horizontal position.

3 Shut down the drive engine and secure against re-starting.
