Cause Remedy
End plugs loose – Tighten the end plugs.
Seals damaged – Replace the seals.
Oil leaks from the
swing bearing
transmission
Cause Remedy
Loose connections – Tighten the connections.
– Check the expansion tank.
Noises in the swing
bearing
Cause Remedy
Insufficient lubrication
on the gear rim
– Lubricate the gear rim according to the
lubrication plan.
Rotary transmission
leaking
Cause Remedy
Seals damaged – Replace the seals.
Lines loose – Retighten the fixing bolts.
Cause Remedy
Cab suspension or cab
attachment damaged
– Check all connection elements, screws
and bolts of the cab suspension and
fastening for damage, cracking or
deformation.
– Have damaged parts exchanged
immediately by trained and instructed
specialist personnel.
Cab moves or rocks
