1 - 36 07/2012Original operating instructions
As soon as the manual particle filter regeneration has started, the
speed of the engine may increase, the turbocharger noise increases
and the “High exhaust temperature” pilot lamp lights up.
When the engine control unit detects that the particle filter has been
regenerated, the engine automatically returns to normal idle if the
engine speed was increased.
Monitor the machine and its surroundings during particle filter
regeneration. If an unsafe state occurs, switch off the engine
immediately!
To stop the manual particle filter regeneration before it is complete,
place the particle filter regeneration switch in the middle position or turn
off the engine.
After the manual particle filter regenerationis complete, the exhaust
and surface temperatures remain elevated for 3 to 5 minutes.
CAUTION DANGER OF BURNS!
Note
When manual particle filter regeneration has been started, but the
“High exhaust temperature” pilot lamp does not light up, contact
SENNEBOGEN Customer Service immediately.
Note
If high exhaust temperatures pose a danger when using the machine,
regeneration of the particle filter can be prevented.
Regeneration of the particulate filter must be performed after this use.
Note
Observe the notes in the engine manufacturer's operating instructions.
DANGER
