Section 05 DIGITAL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (DPM) SYSTEM
1. Air temperature sensor
Manifold Air Jet
This jet allows the atmospheric pressure to reach
carburetor bowls when the DPM is on standby.
See manifold ass’y illustration.
TESTING PROCEDURE
Pump
Pressure test
The pump must create a minimum pressure of
400 ± 50 mm of water. Connect a U-tube to pump
outlet.
Start engine and note water height.

DPM Module
Solenoids are supplied by the DPM module. If this
module does not work, there will be no current on
the RE/WH and BK connectors (3-10 housing);
and on the RE/GR and BK connectors (3-11 hous-
ing).
