In order to keep track of different console settings, each new show/job should have its own Project. The new Project can
be based on the Default Project or any other Project already on the system. This process will take the data held in the
latest Version of the selected Project, and store it in the new Project in a new Version named 450C;B*4@A8>=. Projects
are explained in full in Section 6 of this manual.
‰ Touch the '()# ( ) button, located towards the right-hand end of the User Toolbox, followed by the
$&#( ( ) button which appears at the bottom of the screen, and then the $@>942B"4E button which appears
above it.
The 'B0@B"4E$@>942B display will appear:
‰ Select the 450C;B$@>942B (it will highlight in yellow), and then touch #. You will be asked to name the new
Project, using either the resulting QWERTY pop-up or an external keyboard.
‰ Touch # to confirm the new Project’s name and after a few seconds you will be asked if you wish to load the newly
created Project; touch -4A.
There are a number of Project elements which require initial configuration. These elements can be edited by users with
Standard-level access, but not by users with Preset-level access. It is recommended that, once one Project has ben created,
the Project-specific configuration described over the following steps be completed before further projects are created.
Basing further new Projects on one taylored parent Project will greatly speed up the configuration process and will
facilitate some consistency of configuration.
