‰ Touch the @>C?A button to open the #@>C?A display, which is used to arrange inputs and outputs into user-
friendly Groups – these are the groups seen within the console routing system so clarity and logical arrangement will
definitely help you when routing. The console has number of pre-configured groups, many of which are inherent to the
console’s structure, such as C38> 'C1 @>C?A. Custom groups can be created for any grouping that suits your
o
perational context, such as Digital, Analogue, Mics, Studio Floor etc.
The pop-up has two pages, '>C@24A and 4AB8=0B8>=A, each of which has three scroll windows:
‰ Touch '>C@24A to group inputs, or touch 4AB8=0B8>=A to group outputs. While the following description
describes '>C@24A grouping, the 4AB8=0B8>=A page works in precisely the same way.
When the '>C@24A button (upper left) is selected, the right-hand window shows all of the sources in one long list, ready
to be subdivided by signal type into the '>C@24@>C?A shown in the left hand list. The middle window lists those
sources already placed into whichever source group is currently selected (in the example shown above, *, , '
=to are already placed in the 868B0; source group).
If your console is connected to a MORSE router, any IO sourced via that router will be coloured blue to distinguish it
from other IO. See the MORSE supplement in Appendix B of this manual for more details.
‰ For each new group to be created, touch "4E, enter the name for the new group in the pop-up which appears, and
press #. Group 4;4B4 and &4=0<4 functions are also available.
