19. Arc Staking Out Measurement
This application permits the user to define a Reference Arc by 2 points or 3 points and then stake
out in relation to the arc.
Here:
S.P– Start point of arc
E.P– End point of arc
C.P– Circle center point of arc
Station (from S.P to A) - the station on the arc computed radially from the current position of
the prism.
Offset(from rod to B) – offset distance from the current position to the arc.
S-O dHA – If your line of sight does not intersect the arc, it will display to ask you rotate you
telescope until sight line intersect the arc, and then In/Out will display. Offset angle is from the
current position to the arc
Fill/Cut – Cut value indicate that the rod is higher than the arc, fill indicates the it is lower
In/Out(from Rod to A) – This is the distance you need to move in out to get to the arc.
