30.2.3 List of notifications
Notification
(Help text) Description
STOP button pressed on the printer!
(Unlock STOP button by twisting.)
The STOP button on the printer has been
pressed and is locked in place. The button
must be unlocked by twisting.
External emergency stop is disconnected!
(Check emergency stop at automation inter-
face:
Connect terminals or check signal.)
The EMERGENCY STOP circuits on the auto-
mation interface have been interrupted. The
terminals need to be connected. Check exter-
nal control elements or switch on. See also
Chapter 31.5 "Control procedure information"
on page 164.
Drive warning!
(Reset via STOP button.)
The electronic controller for the drive motor is
reporting a warning.
Press STOP button and unlock again by twis-
ting. Switch on the machine control unit. If this
does not clear the notification, contact the ser-
vice department.
Drive malfunction!
(Reset via STOP button.)
The electronic controller for the drive motor is
reporting a malfunction.
Press STOP button and unlock again by twis-
ting. Switch on the machine control unit. If this
does not clear the notification, contact the ser-
vice department.
Pad cleaning low on tape!
(Replace cleaning tape.)
The sensor for the pad cleaning tape is
reporting that the cleaning tape is almost used
up. The cleaning tape needs to be replaced
soon.
Pad cleaning tape end / tape broken!
(Replace cleaning tape.)
The sensor for the pad cleaning tape is
reporting that the cleaning tape is used up or
torn. The cleaning tape needs to be replaced.
Movement enable is missing!
(Check movement enable signal.)
The HIGH signal is expected at the movement
enable inputs of the automation interface.
However, the signal is not present.
Check connection or peripherals: see Chapter
31.5 "Control procedure information" on
page 164.
Ink cup lever unlocked!
(Close cup lever or check sensor.)
The ink cup is not secured. Close the lever on
the ink cup fixing.
Timeout: Homing cycle!
(Reset via STOP button.)
A function could not be completed in the
expected time.
Press STOP button and unlock again by twis-
ting. Switch on the machine control unit. If this
does not clear the notification, contact the ser-
vice department.
Timeout: Pad cleaning cycle!
(Reset via STOP button.)
Timeout: Auto cycle!
(Reset via STOP button.)
Timeout: Pad cleaning movement!
(Reset via STOP button.)
Timeout: Auxiliary functions!
(Reset via STOP button.)
PLC hardware error!
(PLC reports error status in hardware.
Check module or online diagnostics.)
Have SPS control assemblies checked by an
electrician or contact service department.
