19.7 Joining the ink cup and cliché
The plastic or thin steel clichés are positioned together with the support plate.
The setup table is fitted with several pins
B to allow the cliché to be positioned cor-
rectly.
Place the cliché
C between the pins on
the setup table and push it to the left as far
as the limit stop.
Here, the print image
D in the cliché must
be positioned on the underside, over the ink
cup.

The cliché is now resting on the blade edge
E of the ink cup.
View from side
The positions of the ink cup and the cliché
correspond exactly to the positions required
to install them in the machine.
