3.1 About this document

This documentation describes several models and options. For this reason, elements
which are not available on the machine may be described.
• The documentation is an integral part of the product and must be kept in close proxim-
ity to the machine where it must be available to staff at all times. Incomplete or illegible
documentation must be replaced immediately.
• If the machine is sold, the documentation must be handed over to the new owner. It is
an important requirement for the safe operation of the machine.
3.2 Service
In order to allow an exact identification of the machine, the machine type, the build year
and the machine number must be provided when making a service inquiry.
These details can be found on the machine’s type plate.
