Internal Lens Assembly Replacement

Repair Procedure
Step 1. At the control console or the luminaire menu, close the split lens assembly.
Step 2. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
Step 3. Remove the Color/Dimmer/Strobe Assembly. See “Color/Dimmer/Strobe Assembly
Replacement” on page 28 for complete instructions.
Step 4. At the interconnect board, disconnect the zoom motor and split lens motor connectors.
Step 5. As shown in Figure 2-8, remove the two 6-32 x 3/8" PPZ SEMS screws and remove the
interconnect board.
Step 6. Remove one 6-32 x 3/8" PPZ SEMS screw and remove the #8 cable saddle.
Step 7. Remove the three 6-32 x 3/8" PPB screws.
Step 8. Remove the split lens assembly.
Step 9. Replace the split lens assembly in reverse order.
