While waiting for an input on one of the serial ports of the
4400, a timeout occurred. This may be due to faulty con-
figuration (either hardware or software) of the handshake
signals. Please also check whether all parameters used in

OPEN "COMx:..." command are correct.

It was not possible to transmit data over the serial ports
before the time limit expired. This may be due to faulty
configuration (either hardware or software) of the hand-
