Basic System Parameters The Basic System Parameters menu allows you to set the parameters for the code
channels to simulate a DL signal as well as configuration parameters for the
simulation of the WCDMA cell.
The Basic System Parameters menu consists of several different areas. The area
on the left-hand side contains the power level parameters for the code channels.
All power levels for the code channels add up to the I

indicates the power the 4400 sends with.
