Power Limits In this menu you can define the limits for power measurements, e.g. minimum
output power and power tolerances for the individual power classes. The results
of these measurements are displayed on the Power menu. For further details on
power measurements refer to “Power menu” on page 55 and the following
section “Min./max. power test” on page 55. For details on power measurements
in non-call mode refer to “RF Analyzer for power” on page 93.
In the Max field you can set the limit values for the output power. In the Power
Tolerance fields on the right-hand side you can set the tolerance values for the
individual UE power classes. For details on the WCDMA specifications concerning
output power and tolerances for individual power classes refer to “Min./max.
power test” on page 55.
BLER [%]
The Block Error Rate indicates the number of erro-
neous data blocks transmitted or received in rela-
tion to the total number of data blocks in a
transmission. It is expressed as a percentage. A
BLER of 0 would be ideal.
Min Output
[dBm]
In the Max field you can set the limit value for
the UE’s minimum output power.
Entry range: –80 to –30
