CN_STATUS - connection status
This command returns the status of the connection selected with the ID of the CP
addressed by LADDR. If bit 15 (reset ID) is set, this is automatically reset (this action cor-
responds to the CMD 5 - CN_CLEAR_RESET).

This ID is set in the following situations:
- The job was acknowledged negatively by the CPU
- The job could not be forwarded to the CPU because the connection was in
the "LOCKED" status.
- The job was rejected because the FETCH/WRITE header did not have the
correct structure.
