Source
Source range SIRX Optimal range
SIR-1 30 µA range
SIR0 300 µA range
SIR1 3 mA range
SIR2 30 mA range
SIR3 300 mA range
SIR4 1A range
SIR5 4 A raneg
SIR? Response: SIRX-1 to SIRX5 (for the optimal range)
SIR-1 to SIR5 (for the fixed range)
Source value SOV data Voltage source value setting
0
SOI data Current source value stting
0
SOV? Response: SOV ± d.ddddE ï‚±ï€ d
*1, *2
SOI? SOI  d.ddddE  d
Spot command G data Executes the measurement trigger after setting the
source value for the currently set source function.
Limit value LMV
data1
[,data2]
Voltage limit value setting
15 V
LMI
data1
[,data2]
Current limit value setting
1 A
Both the HI and LO limit values can be set.
- In comparison between data1 and data 1, the larger
value is the HI limit value and the smaller one is the
LO limit value.
- data 2 can be omitted. In this case, +data1 and -data
1 are assumed as HI and LO limit values respec-
tively regardless of the data1 polarity.
LMV? Response: LMV  <hl>,  <ll>
*1
LMI? LMI  <hl>,  <ll>
*1
hl : <d.dddE  d> (High limit value)
ll : <d.dddE  d> (Low limit value)
*1
*1: The decimal point position in response varies depending on the setting value.
For the source value, limit value, and time parameter setting ranges, refer to the specifications.
*2: Outputs the value that is currently generated or the value that is generated during Operate.
