Preparation
1. Follow the same procedure described in Section 2.2.5, "DC Measurement."
Setting the pulse source value
2. Press 123…, 2, UNIT , and ENTER in order.
The pulse source value is set to 2 V.
Setting the current limit value
3. Press 123…, 3, UNIT and ENTER in order.
The current limit value is set to ±3 mA.
4. Press LIMIT.
The HOME screen is displayed.
Setting the base value
5. Press MENU.
6. Press or to select A) SOURCE. Press to enter the Select level.
7. After confirming the parameter is 1) PLS Base, press to enter the Input/Run
level, and press 123…, 1, UNIT , and ENTER in order.
The base value is set to 1 V.
Setting the pulse time
8. Press , , , and in this order to select D) TIME.
9. Press and to select 2) Src Delay. Press to enter the Input/Run level.
10. Press 123..., 1, and ENTER in order.
Tds is set to 1 ms.
