2.2.9 Low-Resistance Measurement
This section describes an example of low-resistance measurement with a resistor of 10 m connected.

Preparation
1. Initialize the 6240B following the same procedure described in Section 2.2.5,
"DC Measurement."
2. Connect the DUT in 4 wires with the supplied input and output cables and alli-
gator clips. For more information on the 4-wire connection, refer to Section 5.1.2,
"Remote Sensing (2-Wire/4-Wire Connection)."
Source mode: Low-resistance measurement pulse source
Pulse value: 10 mA
Source delay time (Tds): 0.03 ms (default)
Measurement delay time (Td): 5 ms
Pulse width (Tw): 20 ms
Period time (Tp): 40 ms
Integration time: 10 ms
Voltage limit value: 300 mV
Remote sensing: 4 wire
