Setting the low-resistance measurement pulse source mode
3. Press MODE. Rotate or press or to select PLS-RM, and press
ENTER.
The PLS indicator and the m indicator go ON, showing the low-resistance
measurement pulse source mode has been set.
Setting the pulse source value
4. Press 123..., 1, 0, UNIT and ENTER in order.
The pulse source value is set to 10 mA.
Setting the current limit value
5. Press 123..., 3, 0, 0, UNIT and ENTER in order.
The voltage limit value is set to 300 mV.
6. Press LIMIT.
The HOME screen is displayed.
Setting the 4-wire connection
7. Press 4W/2W. The 4W indicator goes ON, showing that the 4-wire connection
has been set.
Setting the pulse time
8. Press MENU.
9. Press or to select D) TIME. Press to enter the Select level.
10. Press twice to select 3) Meas Delay. press to enter the Input/Run level.
11. Press 123..., 5 and ENTER in order.
The measurement delay time is set to 5 ms.
