Defines how the device classifies an IP call to the Proxy Set.
[0] Compare only IP = (Default) The call is classified to the Proxy Set
according to its IP address only.
[1] Compare IP, port and transport type = The call is classified to the
Proxy Set according to its IP address, port, and transport type.
Note: This parameter is applicable only if the IP Group table's parameter,
'Classify by Proxy Set' is set to Enable.
