The default is 7200 seconds. The range is 10 to 2,000,000.

Defines the subscription retry time (in seconds) after last subscription
failure.

 [0] Per Endpoint = (Default) Each endpoint subscribes separately -
typically used for FXS interfaces.
 [1] Per Gateway = Single subscription for the entire device - typically
used for FXO interfaces.

 [3] = ETSI VMWI before ring LR_DT_AS
 [4] = ETSI VMWI not ring related DT_AS
 [5] = ETSI VMWI not ring related RP_AS
 [6] = ETSI VMWI not ring related LR_DT_AS
