Releasing the Deck
■ Procedure
CAUTION:
Do not unlock multiple decks simultaneously when this equipment is not connected to the host machine.
When this equipment stands alone, opening two or more decks simultaneously may cause it to topple over.
NOTE:
The release procedure of the Upper Deck is described below. The procedure of the Middle and Lower Decks is the same.
1. Insert a relatively small screwdriver in the hole in the right side panel of the Upper Deck to release and open the
Upper Deck.
NOTE:
When the Secondary Multi-drawer Paper Deck, the Stack Bypass or the POD Deck Lite C/XL is connected to disable access from
the right side, insert a small slotted screwdriver into the hole in the rear cover to unlock the deck.
