9. Remove the rear cross stay (1) (See Cross Stay
Removal & Installation in Section 10 Suspension).
10. Remove the parking brake cable from the brake shoes (See Parking Brake Cable Removal & Installation in Sec-
tion 12 Brakes).
11. Remove the rear trailing arm (See Trailing Arm Removal & Installation in Section 10 Suspension).
12. Lower the jack and remove the rear axle.
13. Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
