Power Steering Pressure Line
Removal & Installation
1. Siphon as much fluid as possible from the power steering fluid reservoir.
2. Remove the bolt (1) from the pressure pipe.
(Tighten: Pressure pipe bolt to 45 ± 5 N·m)
3. Remove the power steering pressure line bracket retaining bolts.
4. Remove the power steering pressure hose clamp
(1).
5. Loosen the lower bolt and remove the retaining
bolt (1) on the pressure pipe bracket.
(Tighten: Pressure pipe bolt to 20 ± 5 N·m)
6. Remove the pressure line.
7. Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Installation Notes:
• Fill the power steering fluid reservoir to the proper level.
• Check the power steering system for leaks.
