ADF Copying Problems (Fax Model Only)
Paper jams in the Auto Document Feeder
Follow the steps below to remove the jammed paper.
1. Turn the product off.
2. Open the Auto Document Feeder’s cover.
3. Gently pull out any sheets of paper with both hands. Be
careful not to tear the jammed paper. If you cannot pull out
the jammed paper, proceed to the next step.
