U3 Active Line Module, U4, U5, U6 and U7 Servo Drives:
X200, X201, X202, X203 Ethernet Communication
Ports: The U3 Active Line Module has Network Ports
located on top of the module that are used for
communication with the U1 Motion Control Module and U4,
U5, U6 and U7 Servo Drives. (Illustration 57)
X200 Port: The “incoming” Ethernet Cable is sent to
the X200 Port from the X201 Port of the previous
Servo Drive.
X201 Port: A second Ethernet Cable is sent in series
from the X201 Port to the X200 Port of the next Servo
Drive.
X202 Port: The X202 port receives Resolver Feedback
signals from the Servo Motors controlled by X1 Axis of
each Servo Drive.
U4 Servo Drive: X202 Port receives Resolver
Feedback signals directly from the M1 Servo Motor.
U5 Servo Drive: The M2 Servo Motor sends
Feedback information to the U0 Feedback
Converter. The U0 Converter module translates this
to Resolver Information that the Servo Drive can
understand and sends the information to the X202
Port.
U6 Servo Drive: X202 Port receives Resolver
Feedback signals directly from the M4 Servo Motor.
U7 Servo Drive: X202 Port receives Resolver
Feedback signals directly from the M6 Servo Motor.
X203 Port: The X203 port receives Resolver Feedback
signals from the Servo Motors controlled by X2 Axis of
each Servo Drive.
U4 Servo Drive: Not Used
U5 Servo Drive: X203 Port receives Resolver
Feedback signals directly from the M3 Servo Motor.
U6 Servo Drive: X202 Port receives Resolver
Feedback signals directly from the M5 Servo Motor.
U7 Servo Drive: Not used.
U8 Servo Drives: Future use.
X200, X201, X202 Ethernet Communication Ports:
Not used.
X200 Port: Not used.
X201 Port: Not used.
X202 Port: Not Used.
X203 Port: Not used.
