AR17 Combined I/O Module: The AR17 Module sends
control signals to operate the M26 Classifier Motor. The
M26 Classifier Motor is a Rotary Actuator used to drive
the Classifier Conveyor Belts. (Illustration 137) The
AR17 Module has “Status” LED ’s that indicate the status
of the module and the I/O signals.
Green LED “r”:
Off - Module supply voltage not connected.
Single Flash - Module is in “reset” mode.
Blinking - Module is in preoperational mode.
On - Module is in “Run” mode.
Red LED “e”:
Off - Module not connected or everything is “OK.”
Single Flash - Warning/Error for one of the I/O
channels. Level monitoring for the digital outputs
has been triggered.
LED “e and r”:
Steady Red and Single Green Flash - Invalid
Firmware.
Green LED’s 1-4:
Input Status for corresponding digital input.
Orange LED’s 1-2:
Output Status of corresponding digital output.
Green LED 1:
Off - Open connection or sensor is disconnected.
Blinking - Overflow or underflow of the input
signal.
On - The analog/digital converter is running,
value is “OK.”
Orange LED 1:
Off - Value equals 0
On - Value not equal to 0
