XS5 Directional Valves:
YV4 Directional Valve: The YV4 Directional Valve is used to
control the operation of the Loaf Gate. (Illustration 154)
YV4-12: Is energized to move the Loaf Gate to the “Load”
position. LED 12 will be lit.
YV4-14: Is energized to move the Loaf Gate to the “Feed” or
“Butt Drop” position. LED 14 will be lit.
YV5 Directional Valve: The YV5 Directional Valve is used to
control the operation of the Loaf Gate.
YV5-12: Is energized to move the Loaf Gate to the “Butt
Drop” position. LED 12 will be lit.
YV5-14: Is energized to move the Loaf Gate to the “Load” or
“Feed” position. LED 14 will be lit.
YV6 Directional Valve: The YV6 Directional Valve controls the
operation of the Grippers.
YV6-12: Opens the Grippers. LED 12 will be lit.
YV6-14: Closes the Grippers. LED 14 will be lit.
YV7 Directional Valve: The YV7 Directional Valve controls the
operation of the Loaf Tray.
YV7-12: Raises the Loaf Tray. LED 12 will be lit.
YV7-14: Lowers the Loaf Tray. LED 14 will be lit.
