XS5-2 Analog Input Module: The A5 and A6 Loaf Length Sensors send
Loaf Length Information signals to the XS5-2 Input Module
(Illustration 150 and 153). The XS5-2 Module sends this information
through the XS5 Gateway Module to the Computer over the Profibus
Cable.
A5 Loaf Length Sensor: The A5 Loaf Length Sensor sends a laser
beam that reflects off the Product as the Loaf Lift tray rises to the
“grip” position. The A5 Loaf Length Sensor uses the Laser travel
distance to determine the length of #1 Loaf in millimeters or inches.
This information is sent to the XS5-2 Input Module to control the
travel distance of the #1 Gripper before gripping the product.
A6 Loaf Length Sensor: The A6 Loaf Length Sensor sends a laser
beam that reflects off the Product as the Loaf Lift tray rises to the
“grip” position. The A6 Loaf Length Sensor uses the Laser travel
distance to determine the length of #2 Loaf in millimeters or inches.
This information is sent to the XS5-2 Input Module to control the
travel distance of the #2 Gripper before gripping the product.
XS5-3 Analog Input Module: The A7 Loaf Length Sensor sends a Loaf
Length Information signal to the XS5-3 Input Module
(Illustration 152 and 153). The XS5-3 Module sends this information
through the XS5 Gateway Module to the Computer over the Profibus
Cable.
A7 Loaf Length Sensor: The A7 Loaf Length Sensor sends a laser
beam that reflects off the Product as the Loaf Lift tray rises to the
“grip” position. The A7 Loaf Length Sensor uses the Laser travel
distance to determine the length of #3 Loaf in millimeters or inches.
This information is sent to the XS5-3 Input Module to control the
travel distance of
the #3 Gripper
before gripping the
product.
