Partitions General
Use the Partitions General page to configure the Auto Export feature. When a tape is
exported by the backup application, it is placed in a virtual I/E slot. After this, one of the
following actions occurs:
● (Default) If Auto Export is enabled, the media is removed from the virtual I/E slot.
● If Auto Export is disabled, the media remains in the virtual I/E slot.
To access the Partitions General page, on the Partitions page, click the General tab (see
Figure 135).

To configure Auto Export:
1. Select the Enable Auto Export check box to enable Auto Export.
Or clear the Enable Auto Export check box to disable Auto Export.
2. Click Apply.
