4.10.2 Operang Instrucons
Up to 2000 groups of event data can be memorized. Using the Navigaon Knob allows the user to scroll the list up and
down to view event data. When rotang the knob an-clockwise, the list scrolls upward. When rotang knob clockwise,
the list scrolls down. Please note that when the groups of data are less than 5, the Navigaon Knob can not be used to
scroll up or down the lisng.
Pressing “ ” key to return to the Main Screen.

4.11.1 Medicine Dosage Calculator
Medicine types which can be perform drug dosage calculaon: AMINOPHYLLINE, DOBUTAMINE, DOPAMINE, EPINEPHRINE,
HEPARIN, ISUPREL, LIDOCAINE, NIPRIDE, NITROGLYCERIN, and PITOCIN.
Drug Dosage Calculaon adopts the following formula:
Medicine Consistency (MC) =Medicine Gross/ Cubage
(Dose/minute)= (Dose/hour) /60
(Dose/Kg/m)= (Dose/m) /Weight
(Dose/Kg/h)= (Dose/h) /Weight
Transfusion Speed (TS) = (Dose/h) /MC
Drop Speed=TS/ (Cubage/drop)
Duraon=Medicine Gross/Dose/h）
Formula Introducon: Dose/m=Dose per minute; Dose/h=Dose per hour; Dose/Kg/m=Dose per Kg per minute; Dose/Kg/
h=Dose per Kg per hour.
On medicine calculaon screen, at rst the operator should move the gray cursor to “Medicine” to select the calculated
medicine name, and then move the cursor to “Weight” to select and conrm paent weight, at this me MC analysis
screen is shown as Figure 4.20.
