4.10.2 Operang Instrucons
Up to 2000 groups of event data can be memorized. Using the Navigaon Knob allows the user to scroll the list up and
down to view event data. When rotang the knob an-clockwise, the list scrolls upward. When rotang knob clockwise,
the list scrolls down. Please note that when the groups of data are less than 5, the Navigaon Knob can not be used to
scroll up or down the lisng.
Pressing “ ” key to return to the Main Screen.

This monitor supplies 10 kinds of medicine calculaon and traon display funcon.

4.11.1 Medicine Dosage Calculator
Medicine types which can be perform drug dosage calculaon: AMINOPHYLLINE, DOBUTAMINE, DOPAMINE, EPINEPHRINE,
HEPARIN, ISUPREL, LIDOCAINE, NIPRIDE, NITROGLYCERIN, and PITOCIN.
Drug Dosage Calculaon adopts the following formula:
Medicine Consistency (MC) =Medicine Gross/ Cubage
(Dose/minute)= (Dose/hour) /60
(Dose/Kg/m)= (Dose/m) /Weight
(Dose/Kg/h)= (Dose/h) /Weight
Transfusion Speed (TS) = (Dose/h) /MC
Drop Speed=TS/ (Cubage/drop)
Duraon=Medicine Gross/Dose/h）
Formula Introducon: Dose/m=Dose per minute; Dose/h=Dose per hour; Dose/Kg/m=Dose per Kg per minute; Dose/Kg/
h=Dose per Kg per hour.
On medicine calculaon screen, at rst the operator should move the gray cursor to “Medicine” to select the calculated
medicine name, and then move the cursor to “Weight” to select and conrm paent weight, at this me MC analysis
screen is shown as Figure 4.20.
