Settings Procedure
Disable the proxy server. 1. Choose Tools > Internet
Options.
The Internet Options dialog box
is displayed.
2. Click the Connections tab.
3. Click LAN Settings.
4. Deselect Use a proxy for your
LAN.
5. Click OK.
Enable the ActiveX controls and
plug-ins or set them to the prompt
mode.
1. Choose Tools > Internet
Options.
The Internet Options dialog box
is displayed.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Select Internet.
4. Click Custom level.
The Security Settings-Internet
Zone dialog box is displayed.
5. Set Automatic prompting for
ActiveX controls to Enable, and
set Download unsigned ActiveX
controls and Initialize and script
ActiveX controls not marked as
safe for scripting to Prompt.
6. Click OK.
Enable TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2.
NOTE
You must enable TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2
when the HTTPS protocol is used to
access the camera. Otherwise, the
camera WebUI cannot be opened.
1. Choose Tools > Internet
Options.
The Internet Options dialog box
is displayed.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Select Use TLS 1.1 or Use TLS
1.2.
4. Click OK.
