Setting password
General:
This program permits the assignment of 9 different passwords in the system.
Description:
The password length is from 1 to 8 digits. All unused digit positions must have ’d’ entered in them.
Password No. 1 = Programming Password. System Default is None.
Password No. 2 = DISA Password.
Password No. 3 = Toll Free. System Default is 8655.
Password No. 4 = DISA Monitor Password.
Password No. 5 = Reserved
Password No. 6 = Alarm
password
Password No. 7 = VMU Password
Password No. 8 to 9 = Future.
How to use the DISA Monitor feature
1. Incoming call answered by the DISA greeting
2. Press [#] and hear "Please enter the extension number"
3. Enter admin number [99]/[999]/[9999] (Reference 05-03-06)
4. Hear "Please enter the password"
5. Key in password by 1234 (Mode 13-07 default = 1234____)
6. Hear "To setup greeting message press 1 ....."
7. Press [6] to access environment monitor.
8. Hear "Please enter the extension number"
9. Press the extension number of an extension that has a Microphone and is Idle.
10. The outside party can listen to the extension for 2 minutes.
11. After timeout they will hear busy tone, If they want to continue then pressing 1~9
Any key will stop the busy tone and delay the 05-06-06 timer.
12. To return to the main menu press [*] and hear "To setup greeting message press 1 ..."
13. If busy tone or p.r. or break is detected then the line will disconnect.
ACP call out has busy tone detect, pressing [1~9] can extend talk time by (05-06-06)
