Install G1E-SLU 8Port Single Line Station Card
Installing the first Expansion card
Power off the system
Set the Jumper on the card to SLU1
Install 4 brass spacers to the MBU by removing screws from the MBU and replacing
with spacers
Plug the cable into the MBU and fasten SLU to spacers using 4 screws removed from
the MBU
Installing the second Expansion card
Power off the system
Set the Jumper on the card to SLU2
Install 4 brass spacers to the first SLU by removing screws from the SLU and replacing
with spacers
Plug the cable from the MBU to the first SLU to the second SLU and fasten SLU to
spacers using the 4 screws removed from the first SLU.
Make certain that the cable is pushed home firmly into the connector
Power fail
Power fail is available from a G1E-TKU card to the first 4 ports of an G1E- SLU card by
connecting the supplied cable from CN3 on SLU card to CN2 on G1E-TKU card
