Check current noise (20 MHz):
1. Set the voltmeter as follows:
ï‚§ Set to measure DC voltage.
ï‚§ Set the current range to autorange.
2. Set the electronic load as follows:
ï‚§ Set to constant current (CC) mode.
ï‚§ Set to draw a constant current at the test current specified for the DUT in the DC voltage setting
accuracy without remote sense (on page B-4) table.
3. Set the DUT to the full-scale output current.
4. Set the DUT to 0% of the full-scale output voltage (0 V).
5. Turn the DUT output on.
6. Enter the voltmeter reading in the DC voltage setting accuracy without remote sense (on page B-
4) table.
7. Increase the DUT output voltage by 25% of the full-scale output voltage.
8. Repeat steps 5 through 8 until you complete testing at 100% of full-scale output voltage.
