This function retrieves the local time zone.

See settimezone() for additional details on the time zone format and a description of the fields. timeZone
can be in either of the following formats:
If one argument was used with settimezone(), the format used is:
GMThh:mm:ss
If four arguments were used with settimezone(), the format used is:
GMThh:mm:ssGMThh:mm:ss,Mmm.w.dw/hh:mm:ss,Mmm.w.dw/hh:mm:ss
Example
timezone = gettimezone()
Reads the value of the local timezone.
