Measurements 14
Keysight InfiniiVision HD3-Series Oscilloscopes User's Guide 205
The N Cycles measurement interval variation measures the value on an integral
number of periods of the displayed signal. If less than three edges are present, the
measurement shows "No edges".
The X markers show what interval of the waveform is being measured.
Slew Rate
Slew Rate measures the change in vertical value (Y) divided by the change in
horizontal value (X) for the edge closest to the timebase reference point specified
by the Source and Slope parameters.
The lower and upper thresholds for the measurement are specified by the
measurement threshold setting for the source waveform.
FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) waveforms cannot be selected as the source.

Channel Power
Channel Power measures the spectral power across a frequency range.
The center frequency used in the measurement is the one defined for the FFT
function, and the FFT span specifies the frequency range.
When this measurement is tracked with markers, the markers are at the far left
and right edges of the graticule.
Occupied Bandwidth
Occupied Bandwidth measures the bandwidth (frequency range) containing some
percent (usually 99%) of the total spectral power. While 99% is the industry norm,
you can specify the percent you want to use in the measurement.
The center frequency used in the measurement is the one defined for the FFT
function, and the FFT span represents the total spectral power.
When this measurement is tracked with markers, the markers show the measured
bandwidth (frequency range).
