The Keysight InfiniiVision HD3-Series oscilloscopes deliver these features:
• An MSO lets you debug your mixed-signal designs using analog signals and
tightly correlated digital signals simultaneously. The sample rate for 8 digital
channels (in D0-D7 or in D8-D15 only) is 1.6 GSa/s and the sample rate for all
16 digital channels is 800 MSa/s. The digital channels have a 100 MHz toggle
rate.
• 10.1 inch WXGA touchscreen display (1280 x 800 pixels).
